I've worked in the corporate space for years. It's demanding, precise work — the kind that fills your days completely if you let it.
I let it, for a while. I realized there were things I wasn't comfortable saying out loud, especially in expressing my feelings. Writing songs turned out to be the way I knew how to say them.
I've performed for years, played live, and enjoyed it. Less about being a musician, more about having somewhere honest to put the parts of life that don't fit anywhere else.
That's still what it is for me. I just stopped keeping it to myself, and decided to put those words in the melodies I hear.

To Be Seen was birthed unknowingly. It started as a series of songs that didn't realise they were telling a story until they were.
It's a question I kept avoiding: what does it actually feel like to let someone know you — to really see you? Not the curated version, not the version that's easy to show, but the real, uncertain, unfinished one.
These songs are my attempt at an answer. Through different journeys of knowing someone, loving someone, and eventually loving myself. I hope something in them finds you where you are
